Position: Outlet Manager

Location: Najafgarh, Delhi

Dotmik is a fast-growing company with multiple outlets in and around Najafgarh. We are looking for a responsible Outlet Manager for our current outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete outlet operations and team management
- Sales of Mobile Accessories (Charger, Data Cable, Earbuds, Neckband, Tempered Glass etc.)
- Managing AEPS, BBPS, Money Transfer, Recharge, Print/Photocopy & Cyber Cafe services
- Achieving daily sales targets

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM

Requirements:

- 1-2 years experience in Retail / Mobile Shop / Cyber Cafe / Digital Services
- Knowledge of AEPS, BBPS and Money Transfer
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Local candidates preferred

Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 + Incentives
