About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python AI/LLM Engineer with hands-on experience in building production-ready Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Python backend development.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing scalable AI applications powered by modern LLMs while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable LLM-powered applications.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Develop intelligent AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and up-to-date orchestration frameworks.
- Implement advanced prompt engineering techniques for high-quality AI responses.
- Integrate external tools, APIs, and databases using tool calling and agent workflows.
- Build secure, scalable backend services using Python and REST APIs.
- Optimize model inference, latency, and operational costs.
- Monitor application performance, model quality, and reliability in production.
- Implement logging, observability, testing, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure application security,



data privacy, and compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Frontend Developers throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Python development.
- Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Proven expertise in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Experience integrating Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, Gemini, etc.).
- Experience implementing Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Experience building AI Agents and Tool Calling workflows.
- Strong backend development skills using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and scalable backend architecture.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Familiarity with Docker and cloud deployment environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of AI application security and responsible AI practices.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
