We also provide people solutions and services in the form of retail training, recruitment, BOT (Build Operated Transfer) staffing and RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourced) Solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience in selling software solutions
- Retail Software/POS sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent goal/quota attainment
- Demonstrated understanding of sales planning, sales strategy development and pipeline management
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills - strong phone skills are required

Responsibilities:

- Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations,



emphasizing product features and perks with focus on the value of the solution
- Prospect, generate interest for Sales Opportunities
- Follow up with prospective clients and close deals
- Participating in conferences, representing the company for brand awareness
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects
- Providing suggestions to improvise on sales and marketing strategies
- Manage entire Sales life cycle including identify business opportunities and drive profitable new business with client mapping, cold calling, prospecting, lead qualification, product/service presentation, proposal presentation and sales closure
- Should have good knowledge in Social Media Marketing
- Come up with creative and innovative ideas to promote our brand and products.

Experience:

at least 4 – 8 Years of Experience in B2B sales
