About Us

We have built our own product (a modern SaaS platform for highly regulated niches) and we’re rapidly improving it. To take the product to the next level, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who can own the end-to-end design process and deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions at speed.

About the Role

As our UI/UX Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing product experiences from start to finish from understanding requirements and creating user flows to wireframing, prototyping, and delivering final polished designs in Figma. Since our product is live and evolving quickly, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and iterating rapidly.

Responsibilities-

-Own the end-to-end design process: research, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.

-Translate product needs into intuitive, engaging user experiences.

-Deliver pixel-perfect designs in Figma, with robust attention to detail.

-Ensure best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

-Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ship features quickly.





-Maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.

Requirements-

-2–3 years of UI/UX design experience, ideally on web applications or digital products.

-Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.

-Proficiency in Figma (auto-layouts, components, prototyping, design systems).

-Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and best practices.

-Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.

-Comfortable in a fast-moving, product-driven environment.

Nice to Have

-Experience conducting usability testing or gathering user feedback.

-Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).

-Exposure to agile or lean product development.
