Job Description

- Develop Change Management and Communication Plan:

- Deliver a detailed change impact analysis across all teams involved (including granular details like shifts needed, potential concerns, risks & mitigation suggestions)

- Prepare a Schedule / Network covering all the Change Management Activities required

- Engagement Material & Format:




Assess the apt engagement format to make the communication effective to every stakeholder involved

- Prepare appropriate communication material, script for managers to use

- Cover Training Requirements both functional and Inter-Personal needs as may arise

- Effective Implementation of Change and Communication Plan:
Deliver the end to end Change Management Pack On-Time In full with world class quality to support the successful implementation of the project

Requirements
