Job Description : The successful applicant should have the below qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Skills Required :
– Any U.G degree or M.B.A
– At least 3+ years of experience into proposal writing (U.S Federal preferred)
– Proven skills in writing and editing proposal content within a complex business environment
– Exposure in U.S government technical proposal development and processes
– Excellent Working knowledge of MS Office Suite applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project)

Responsibilities:

- Re-write / edit proposal responses from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, and delivery.
- Ensure win themes are articulated in such a way to meet / exceed the client’s requirements.
- Deliver completed written proposal responses against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.
- Lead storyboard sessions with bid / proposal team members.




- Undertake market research for the kick off and solution meetings.
- Assist the Bid/Proposal Manager in developing a proposal structure.
- Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.
- Ability to coach sales and solution / SME teams in writing best practice.
- Present and tag all current proposal content to the knowledge Library for potential re-use.
- Excellent time management / prioritization skills.
- Flexibility in adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, priorities and unpredictable events.
- Proficient in grammar, spelling, and punctuation and have accurate proofreading skills.
- Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Produce professional, technically-sound, and visually-appealing presentations and graphics.

Working Hours : Mon-Sat 10:30 am to 7:30 pm
