Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including data entry, journal entries, and ledger management.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Help in managing invoices, expense tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct research & analysis to identify new accounting/finance trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Gain exposure to CRM systems and learn how finance integrates with client and business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, operations) to understand the financial perspective of different departments.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and financial regulations.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals and financial principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).




- Curiosity to explore financial R&D; and ability to bring innovative insights.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling numbers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
