Roles and Responsibilities

Lead & Manage the Team – Drive the performance of counsellors and branch teams,
ensuring admissions targets and service standards are consistently achieved.

- Sales & Business Growth – Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments, improve conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets for the assigned destination.
- Destination Expertise – Stay updated on university offerings, admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarships, and market trends, and provide guidance to internal teams.
- Training & Performance Management – Conduct regular training sessions, mentor counsellors, monitor KPIs, and provide performance feedback to improve team effectiveness.
- University & Partner Relations – Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, institutional partners, and external stakeholders to strengthen business opportunities.
- Operations & Quality Assurance – Oversee the end-to-end admission process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely application submissions.
- Reporting & Business Analysis – Monitor sales performance, application pipelines,



conversion metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights for management.
- Issue Resolution – Handle escalated student, parent, or university concerns professionally while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements

- Experience: 4+ years in study abroad consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required;
- Skills: Leadership, team management, sales strategy, business development, relationship management, analytical skills, and excellent communication.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for university visits, partner meetings, and education fairs.
