Key Responsibilities

- Manage class and workshop schedules.
- Coordinate with trainers, facilitators, and workshop partners.
- Handle registrations, billing, inventory, and studio supplies.
- Ensure the studio is well-organized and event-ready.
- Provide excellent customer support and enhance participant experience.
- Build relationships with venues, schools, corporates, and community partners.
- Support social media, branding, and marketing initiatives.
- Generate leads and assist with partnership proposals.
- Coordinate workshops, marketing campaigns, and studio events.
- Research new business opportunities and help drive studio growth.

Skills

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.




- Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and business development.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and presentation tools.
