Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).

Job Responsibilities:
The Assistant Manager - Sales & Service shall be responsible for serving customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations/applications of mechanical seals. The selected candidate will be responsible for the business from customers located across Mumbai region.

Job Duties:

- Identify current and future customer requirements for mechanical seals by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers in Mumbai region.
- Provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by promptly responding to questions and requests from OEMs & End Users.
- Establish new accounts and service existing accounts by identifying potential customers and organizing sales call schedules.
- Determine improvements by analysing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environments and proposing changes accordingly.




- Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.
- Submit offers by conferring with technical support staff.
- Develop customer confidence by providing technical information and training.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information, engineering trends, and application data.
- Maintain qualified and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
