Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to support the Finance & Accounts department. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, invoicing, and day-to-day financial operations. The candidate should be proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices.
- Record receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Assist in GST return preparation and ensure timely compliance.
- Calculate and deduct TDS as per applicable rules.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.




- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments whenever required.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance activities.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
- Experience in Tally Prime (mandatory).
- Knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Additional certification in Accounting or Tally will be an added advantage.
