Job Summary

Source Soft Solutions is looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client communication. The role is primarily office-based and focuses on generating new business opportunities for the company's IT products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.




- Attend client meetings when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales, Lead Generation, Telecalling, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Basic understanding of IT products and services will be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office and internet research.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹20,636.85 - ₹30,302.11 per month
