We are currently looking for a Deputy Managing Director (D-MD) to work directly under the Managing Director (MD) and help drive the company’s business growth, strategic partnerships, sales operations, and expansion initiatives.

Role Overview

The Deputy Managing Director will primarily focus on:

- Business growth
- Client acquisition
- Sales strategy
- Partnerships
- Brand expansion
- Operational execution

This role is more business- and growth-oriented rather than deeply technical at this stage. The selected candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to scale the company and expand market presence.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Work directly under the Managing Director and assist in strategic execution
- Lead company growth initiatives and expansion strategies
- Handle sales operations, client acquisition, and business development
- Build partnerships with enterprises, startups, investors,



and strategic collaborators
- Coordinate with internal teams to align execution with company goals
- Help position FAC Security products and services in the market
- Support branding, outreach, and corporate growth activities
- Represent the company during meetings, networking events, and strategic discussions
- Assist in scaling business operations and organizational management
- Contribute to long-term company vision and leadership decisions

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong communication, leadership, and business development skills
- Experience in sales, operations, partnerships, startup growth, or management
- Understanding of AI, cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology industries is a plus
- Ability to manage teams, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capability
- Comfortable working in a startup and high-growth environment

Compensation

This is currently an equity-based leadership opportunity with long-term growth potential as the company scales.

Pay: ₹769,408.40 - ₹2,307,854.08 per year
