We believe in offering the highest quality guidance and customer service. We are now expanding our Sales & Support team and are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to grow with us. Freshers are welcome, and complete training will be provided.

Role and Responsibilities

- Interact with customers over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and explain company services clearly.
- Handle customer queries and ensure smooth coordination throughout the project.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with clients on ongoing projects and ensure timely communication.




- Coordinate with internal teams for updates, escalation, and project completion.
- Assist the sales team by identifying new or additional service opportunities.

Who Can Apply

Freshers and experienced candidates who:

- Have good communication skills in English is mandatory.
- Are confident and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Have basic computer knowledge (email, WhatsApp Web, Microsoft Office).
- Are positive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Can manage tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism.

No fieldwork is required.
No technical background is necessary.
