What We’re Looking For

- Experience in manual + automation testing
- Comfort with API testing (Postman, Swagger, logs)
- Hands-on with tools like Jira, Selenium, TestRail, Playwright, or Cypress
- Strong in test case design, user scenarios, and exploratory testing
- Ability to report bugs clearly, reproduce issues, and collaborate with devs

Bonus Points

- You’ve set up your own test automation framework
- You’ve led UATs or client-side testing initiatives
- You’ve caught regressions before production did
- You’ve been the one people trust when a release is on the line
