Sharnam Architects is an architecture and interior design firm specializing in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Draughtsman to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and interior working drawings, coordinating with architects and designers, and ensuring all drawings comply with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural and interior working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Prepare GFC (Valuable for Construction) drawings.
- Revise and update drawings based on design modifications and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and project teams.
- Maintain drawing accuracy, quality, and documentation standards.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material schedules, and shop drawings when required.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and drawing verification, if required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned drawings and tasks.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory).




- Basic knowledge of architectural and interior drawings.
- Understanding of construction drawings and drafting standards.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret design concepts into technical drawings.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Good time management and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of BOQ preparation and site coordination.
- Familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience

- Freshers with strong AutoCAD skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in an architecture or interior design firm will be preferred.
