Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with buyers regarding orders, samples, and production updates.
- Prepare and follow up on costing, quotations, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with departments such as sampling, sourcing, production, quality, and shipping.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
- Track fabric and trim availability.
- Follow up on sample development and buyer approvals.
- Ensure products meet buyer quality and specification requirements.
- Resolve production issues by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain order records, reports, and documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion, Textile, Apparel, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in garment merchandising is preferred.




- Fresh graduates may be considered for junior roles.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple orders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Valuable organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction.
- English communication skills are an advantage when dealing with international buyers.
