Overview:

The Freelance Evaluator - MPPSC English Medium plays a vital role in assessing and evaluating the performance of candidates appearing for the Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) examinations. The primary objective is to ensure the integrity and consistency of evaluation processes while providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of education and examination standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate examination papers and assignments submitted by MPPSC candidates in English.

- Provide detailed and constructive feedback to candidates regarding their performance and areas for improvement.

- Ensure that evaluations are conducted in a fair, unbiased manner, adhering to the set examination guidelines and standards.

- Collaborate with academic teams to develop evaluation rubrics and guidelines to standardize assessment processes.

- Participate in training sessions and discussions to stay updated on evaluation criteria and best practices.

- Maintain confidentiality of all evaluation materials and candidate information at all times.

- Compile and submit evaluation reports to the relevant authorities within stipulated deadlines.

Technical Skills:





- Proficient in English writing and comprehension, with a solid grasp of grammar, punctuation, and syntax.

- Familiarity with online evaluation tools and platforms used for grading and feedback.

- Ability to analyze and interpret examination results to derive meaningful insights for performance improvement.

- Competency in using software applications for documentation and report generation.

Required Qualifications:

- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field; higher qualifications (Master’s degree) will be an added advantage.

- Proven experience in educational assessment or similar freelance evaluation roles is preferred.

- Knowledge of the MPPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and assessment criteria.

Skills & Experience:

- Demonstrated proficiency in copy evaluation, with the ability to assess content for clarity, coherence, and adherence to examination standards.

- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail in reviewing candidates’ work.

- Excellent written communication skills for providing clear and actionable feedback.

- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet strict deadlines.
