Job Purpose

To generate new business opportunities, acquire new clients, and contribute to the company's growth by promoting facility management and allied services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business leads through market research, networking, references, and client visits.
- Approach potential clients and understand their facility management requirements.
- Promote and explain the company's services, including housekeeping, security, manpower supply, deep cleaning, and other facility management solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the operations and management teams.
- Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely closure of business opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.




- Coordinate with the operations team for site surveys, manpower requirements, and service feasibility.
- Maintain a proper record of leads, client meetings, quotations, follow-ups, and sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure smooth handover of newly acquired clients to the operations team after business closure.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and identify opportunities for additional services or business expansion.
