Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and manage the entire sales department at our Kochi branch. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the education sector and a strong track record of achieving sales targets while leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete sales department.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor team performance and ensure monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with schools, colleges, and institutional clients.
- Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities.




- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead generation and conversions.
- Prepare sales forecasts and present performance reports to management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the education sector (mandatory).
- Proven experience in handling an entire sales department and leading a sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
