Job Title: Electrical Project Site Billing Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Electrical Project Site Billing Engineer with experience in electrical interior and MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for site measurements, billing, quantity verification, and project documentation. The role requires a good understanding of electrical drawings, onsite execution, and preparation of client and subcontractor bills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Bills based on site progress.
- Take onsite measurements for electrical works including conduit, wiring, cabling, cable trays, trunking, raceways, DBs, lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, and power points.
- Verify executed quantities as per approved drawings, BOQ, and work orders.
- Prepare and maintain Measurement Books (MB), quantity sheets, billing records, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with site engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors for measurement verification and bill certification.
- Prepare variation statements, extra item claims, and quantity reconciliation.
- Track project progress and ensure accurate billing in line with contract specifications.
- Review and understand electrical layout drawings, SLDs, shop drawings,



and as-built drawings for quantity estimation and billing.
- Assist in project cost control, material reconciliation, and payment follow-up.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in electrical interior fit-out or MEP projects.
- Sound knowledge of electrical wiring, cabling, cable tray installation, conduit works, lighting, power distribution, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Good understanding of onsite measurement and quantity verification.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing documentation.
- Solid coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
