- Greet and engage walk-in and online customers, understanding their needs, budget, and preferences
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and advantages (including test drives)
- Explain financing, leasing, insurance, and exchange/trade-in options
- Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with dealership policies and targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current inventory, new models, and competitor offerings
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, or WhatsApp to convert inquiries into sales
- Complete all sales documentation, registration paperwork, and delivery formalities accurately
- Coordinate with the finance and after-sales/service teams for a smooth customer handover
- Build and maintain a customer database for repeat business and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Attend product training sessions and stay updated on manufacturer promotions/schemes

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
