- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Robust expertise in designing scalable data models and optimizing data flows within SAP BW/4HANA environments.
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting complex data warehousing solutions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data extraction methods from various SAP and non-SAP sources.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
