Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate – Quality (Inhouse Inspection) to join our quality team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Injection Moulding Industry and be responsible for conducting in-process and final inspections, ensuring product quality, and maintaining compliance with customer and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspection of injection moulded components.
- Inspect products as per customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify, report,
and segregate defective or non-conforming products.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, Go/No-Go Gauges, and other inspection tools.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions, and ISO standards.
- Coordinate with production and tool room teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality concerns.
- Monitor production quality and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the inspection area.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
