Job Overview

Everon Impex is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store & Purchase Manager to oversee inventory management and raw material procurement at our Coimbatore facility. We welcome motivated freshers ready to learn supply chain operations as well as experienced professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing store inventory, and accurately recording stock movements using computers and spreadsheets.

Key Responsibilities

- Store & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, tools, and consumables using MS Excel.
- Material Procurement: Coordinate with local and outstation vendors to purchase raw materials, negotiate prices, compare quotes, and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
- Communication & Vendor Coordination: Deal with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal staff effectively using Tamil, English, and Hindi.
- Inward/Outward Audits: Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders for quality/quantity and oversee material dispatch/issue to the production line.
- Stock Audits & Reporting: Perform regular physical stock counts, maintain minimum reorder levels,



and submit daily stock/purchase reports to management.

EducationAny Degree / Diploma (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.E/Diploma in Supply Chain/Mechanical, etc.)

ExperienceFreshers & Experienced candidates both welcome

LanguagesMultilingual – Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (essential for handling vendors and local staff)

Technical SkillsBasic Computer Knowledge, MS Office, and MS Excel (inventory logging, basic formulas, purchase tracking)

Key Competencies

- Positive negotiation and vendor handling skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail in stock counting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and computer operations for error-free recordkeeping.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
