We run an AI production system at the center of our creative: Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Kling, ElevenLabs. This is not a side experiment or a novelty we're testing. It is how we produce. If you can cut a Meta ad that performs and you already generate your own footage, you're the person we want.

The company

A DTC operator group, team of 15 and growing. The founding team built the number one toy brand on TikTok, scaled it past $10 million per year, and has driven over $40 million in lifetime DTC revenue.

The brands

NeuroBrocc, a children's broccoli sprout supplement for parents of kids with sensory challenges, autism, speech delays, and focus difficulties. Currently scaling.

Pause, a patent-pending physical screen timer for people trying to reclaim their attention. First of its kind, launching this month, in a category that is expanding rapid.

The work

- Short-form paid social ads for Meta and TikTok
- AI animation using Higgsfield, Nano Banana Pro, Kling, and ElevenLabs
- Manifesto-style edits built from a wide variety of clips
- Silent caption ads
- UGC and real-footage edits
- Fresh variations on ads that are already winning





Some weeks are one long, complex edit. Other weeks are ten shorter ones.

What we need

- 3+ years editing short-form social video, ideally for DTC brands where the work had to perform
- Strong in Premiere Pro, comfortable in After Effects
- Hands-on with AI video generation. You should already be prompting, generating, and cutting AI footage into finished ads, not just curious about the tools
- Real taste in music, sound design, and pacing
- Strong written and spoken English
- Full-time availability with some overlap with US hours. Location flexible

Compensation

$1,500 to $2,000 per month depending on experience and output speed. Long-term contract, not project-based.
