About the Department

The Quality Assurance (QA) Department is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the required standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting tests and inspections, and identifying areas for improvement to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction

Purpose of the role

Role Description

- Participate in Market survey, road trip, style clinic to understand customer needs for preparing HOQ
- Arrive and agree quality targets, RDML targets means for achieving with RND
- Improve TGW through Focus quality action plan agreement




- Participate in DFMEA session and provide input to RND on PPP
- Plan and monitor beta DVP
- Participate in CUFT and understand customer feed backs
- Analyse, initiate action and close DVP, CUFT issues in PQM
- Complete DR gates check points as per project timeline
- Understand Post launch TGW, TGR and customer complaints through field visits
- Analyse initiate actions for PPFR, TGW issues and close issues in PQM
