- More than 48 months of experience in Casino Game Development and Game Mathematics.
- Proficient in pay table design, game rule documentation, and GLI-Game Certification.
- Expertise in RTP calculation/optimization, volatility analysis, and hit/win frequency calculations.
- Experience with GLI-SHA validation and Java (v8, v17, v21) and Spring Boot.
- Solid skills in MS SQL, including stored procedure functions and SSIS.
- Ability to validate games and design mathematical models for game development.
