Educational Qualification

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology,
- Role & responsibilities

- Offset printing process
- Corrugation and box conversion
- Die-cutting, creasing, gluing
- Color management (CMYK, Pantone, spectrophotometer)
- GSM, burst strength, Cobb test, ECT/BCT, moisture testing
- Adhesives and lamination
- Printing defects and troubleshooting
- Packaging standards and customer specifications

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement quality control procedures.
- Monitor in-process quality at every production stage.
- Approve first-off production samples.
- Final inspection before dispatch.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Maintain calibration of measuring instruments.
- Train production staff on quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and customer audits.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in a Offset Printing & packaging firm for 3 to 5 years.
