Job Purpose: Assess product quality through testing of vehicles / engines/ mechanical prop parts / electrical prop parts under various test standards and customer usage conditions for 2W / 3W / 4W for various product segments
Key Responsibilities
- Product audit for mass production - Planning and execution of audit for vehicle / engine / sub system / parts for respective lab
- Customer complaint simulation for identified TGW / LTTGW / Warranty improvement projects
- Change management validation of ECRs , alternate sources development , capacity enhancement as per DVP and PoT matrix
- PQM incident creation and root cause analysis for failed tests
- New product testing -Understand customer requirements of various product segments and plan DVP for new products.
- Recent product testing -Execution of tests and carryout observations as per specification / acceptance criteria and compliation of test data and release of reports
- PQM incident creation and root cause analysis to find right rootcause for failed tests
- Development of new simulation cycles as per the changing use case and use condition for customer complaints and upgradation of test standards
- Daily monitoring of 5S, Safety, Rig utilisation ,
maintenance for test rigs and equipments.
Education
- BE / Diploma (Mechanical) with 3-5 years experience - Veh lab, Engine lab, Mech lab, Veh dynammic lab
- BE/Diploma (Electrical Electronics) with 3-5 years experience - EEE lab
- GETs also can be conisdered - Mech or EEE as per the lab requirement
Experience
- Experiencein 2W/3W/4W OEM , Tier 1 MNCs in respective work area in RD and QA fucntion
- Experience in data loggers and instrumentaion of 2W/3W for capturing customer usage are prefered
- Knowledge of EMS calibraion / HILL testing are added advantage
