Job Responsibilities

- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of utility-scale solar power plants to maximize plant availability and performance.
- Monitor daily generation reports, grid availability, line losses, PR, PLF, MTTR, MTBF, and other operational KPIs.
- Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar plant equipment, transformers, HT yard, switchgear, power/control panels, and associated electrical systems.
- Perform oil testing, oil filtration, equipment inspections, and maintain maintenance schedules and records.
- Operate and maintain SCADA systems, ensuring 100% communication availability and timely troubleshooting.
- Analyze plant performance and prepare Daily Generation Reports (DGR), MIS, BDR, NCR, CFR, RCA, and other operational reports.
- Maintain equipment history, ERP records, calibration schedules, and asset verification documentation.
- Coordinate with Design, SCM, and other internal teams for technical issue resolution and implementation of corrective actions.




- Ensure timely resolution of customer observations, complaints, and site-related issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for breakdowns and implement preventive measures.
- Drive process improvements to enhance plant efficiency, reliability, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with electrical, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections, report incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions, and participate in safety audits.
- Manage inventory, spare parts planning, and maintenance budgets wherever applicable.
- Support customer visits, audits, and technical inspections.
- Lead, train, mentor, and supervise site teams as per role and experience level.

Please Note - Preference will be given to candidates having hands-on experience in utility-scale Solar PV Power Plant Operation & Maintenance.
