Job Description Maximo Support Role
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Maximo Support Engineer. Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems would be an added advantage. The role involves providing functional and technical support, ensuring smooth system operations, and acting as a key interface between the client and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day functional and technical support for EAM applications (e.g., IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM, or similar platforms)
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, issues, and service requests
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application/system issues within defined SLAs
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements
- Support system configurations, data updates, and minor customizations
- Prepare and maintain documentation including SOPs, user manuals, and knowledge base articles
- Assist in report generation, data analysis, and dashboard creation
- Participate in client meetings, provide updates,



and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support system testing (UAT), deployments, and upgrades
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Maximo/EAM/ERP or equivalent application support
- Good understanding of SQL, databases, and reporting tools
- Good understanding of incident management and ticketing systems
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Exposure to ITIL processes

- Experience working in client-facing roles
