- 18 years old and above
- Currently enrolled in a full time Diploma/Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management program (3 or 4 years)
- Internship must take place in the final year of study
- Police record required
- Must possess a valid passport
- University/College must agree to a Tri-Party Agreement (we will provide template provided)
- Comfortable working on weekends, public holidays and can perform shift work
- Physically, mentally and emotionally fit
Compensation & Perks:
- Stipend: MUR 15,00020,000 per month
- Some hotels offer overtime or additional allowances
- Duty meals: Provided by hotel
Accommodation:
- Housing provided by the company (not by hotels)
- Shared accommodation: 5–6 students per house (some shared rooms)
- Rent: MUR 3,000 per month - Includes water and electricity (within limits), Gas: Separate charge
- Fully furnished with kitchen, living room, and shared amenities
- Gender-segregated housing
Transportation:
- Hotel-provided work transport
- Pickup point near accommodation
- Late-night shifts include direct drop-off at residence
