We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented qualified to lead our International Business Development activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in international B2B sales, customer relationship management, and business expansion. Candidates with experience in automotive components, thermal management, insulation materials, or related engineering products will be preferred.

The candidate should be willing to travel extensively across international markets and must be open to relocation to countries such as Brazil or the United States, if required for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute international business growth strategies.
- Identify and develop new customers and OEM opportunities across global markets.
- Manage existing international customer relationships and expand business with key accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
- Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to the companys global expansion strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.



MBA in Marketing or International Business is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in International Sales, Export Marketing, or Business Development.
- Experience in the Automotive, Thermal Management, NVH, Insulation Materials, Exhaust Systems, or Industrial Components industry will be highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of global business practices, export documentation, and international commercial terms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and capable of working independently.

Travel & Mobility

- Must be willing to travel internationally for customer visits, exhibitions, and business development.
- Must be open to long-term overseas assignments or relocation, including Brazil, the USA, or other international locations, based on business requirements.
