Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive with 8-10years of experience in accounting and finance, specifically within the Real Estate or Construction industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in RERA accounting and compliance, along with solid knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Handle RERA accounting, project-wise bookkeeping, and ensure compliance with RERA regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project-wise financial statements and cost reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements,



and financial reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Process vendor payments and monitor receivables.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Mandatory Requirements

- Accounting experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Hands-on experience in RERA accounting and compliance is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in project accounting and cost tracking.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
