Role Summary

We are looking for a highly versatile, technically proficient, and agile Data Analyst to manage the complete business development aspect of our data ecosystem. In this cross-functional position, you will own end-to-end data operations: from engineering reliable and robust data pipelines to designing custom interactive dashboards, and performing meticulous business inference. The focus areas span critical business verticals including Marketing performance data, Manufacturing (MFG) production metrics, and sales conversion lifecycles. If you are highly analytical, possess a deep technical framework, and can rapidly absorb business fundamentals to deploy optimizations, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Pipeline Construction & Maintenance: Design, build, scale, and optimize stable data pipelines to guarantee uninterrupted, structured, and accurate data flow from divergent operational ecosystems into a centralized repository.
- Business Intelligence & Visual Analytics: Develop, publish, and maintain robust, high-fidelity interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau. Actively translate complex matrices into actionable indicators for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Operations: Operate deeply across teams, functioning as the data partner for Marketing, Manufacturing (MFG), and Sales divisions. Translate diverse cross-departmental requirements into analytical frameworks smoothly.
- Strategic Business Inference: Deeply analyze historical and real-time trends to discover hidden patterns, pinpoint manufacturing bottlenecks, and highlight performance anomalies, recommending immediate, data-backed operational improvements.
- Data Governance & Quality Control:



Audit data points rigorously to maximize reporting accuracy, pipeline health, data optimization, and overall analytical performance.

Required Qualifications

- Skilled Experience: 0 to 2 years of professional background operating within technical analytics, intelligence functions, or data-driven development environments.
- Programming Proficiency: Strong, demonstrable technical fluency in Python and SQL for complex data manipulation, algorithmic extraction, and querying.
- Data Engineering Fundamentals: Familiarity with building foundational data pipelines and working comfortably with large-scale cloud warehousing platforms, specifically Google BigQuery.
- Advanced BI & Analytics Stack: Expert-level structural familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau to engineer advanced reports.
- Technical Aptitude & Problem Solving: Advanced problem-solving capabilities with a deep technical instinct to rapidly pinpoint architecture bugs and build custom logic independently.
- Accelerated Business Acumen: Outstanding capacity to absorb multi-tiered business logic and operational concepts rapidly, aligning technical data points to corporate commercial outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Full-Stack & Integration Skills: Beginner to intermediate level development familiarity with React and Java to assist with custom web hooks, frontend application embedding, or API full-stack data integrations.
- Academic Architecture: Bachelor's or equivalent foundational degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or an allied heavily quantitative discipline.
