The Role:
You will be the creative engine behind our video content, transforming raw footage into high-performing, engaging assets for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. If you have a sharp eye for pacing and a knack for visual storytelling, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visual Storytelling: Edit raw footage into dynamic, engaging video content (Reels, Shorts, long-form YouTube videos) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives. • Post-Production Mastery: Handle color grading, audio mixing, text animations, and transitions to ensure a polished final product. • Design & Graphics: Design striking,
high-click-through-rate thumbnails and supporting graphical elements for video content. • Cooperative Execution: Work closely with the strategy and production teams to meet tight turnaround times and maintain strict delivery schedules.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience working in a fast-paced agency setting. • Equipment: Must own a personal laptop with the technical capabilities and specifications required to handle heavy video rendering and design software. • Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop. • Core Skill: Exceptional storytelling skillsyou know how to build a narrative arc, retain viewer attention, and optimize for social media algorithms.
