Role & responsibilities

- Operate and support Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and other Video Conferencing platforms.
- Ensure meeting rooms are ready prior to scheduled meetings.
- Provide in office technical support during video conferences.
- Troubleshoot audio, video, camera, microphone, display, and connectivity issues.
- Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance of VC and AV equipment.
- Coordinate with the Bank's IT team and OEM support for issue resolution.
- Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and preventive maintenance records.
- Ensure proper functioning of meeting room equipment, including cameras, microphones, touch panels, displays, and network connectivity.
- Provide basic guidance to users on operating video conferencing systems.
- Adhere to the Bank's IT security policies, confidentiality requirements, and standard operating procedures.
