Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including promotions, digital marketing, advertising, and on-ground activations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand assets and communication.
- Business Category Management: Partner with product development teams for new product launches.
- Analyze market trends, consumer demographics, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to develop actionable insights.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Identify growth opportunities in collaboration with the Category Head.
- Sales Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with pan-India sales teams for product launches, placements, and performance tracking.
- Support execution across regions (travel involved).
- Prepare and present brand performance reports to management and key stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate or Graduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions with relevant experience.
- Strong MS Excel skills and business presentation capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Willingness to travel and collaborate cross-functionally.
