We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring that the entire order-to-delivery cycle runs smoothly. Your primary focus will be managing billing accuracy, tracking receivables, and maintaining clear communication between our sales team , customer and the godown.

Key Responsibilities

- Billing & Invoicing: Handle day-to-day sales billing
- Order Processing: Proactively manage incoming sales orders received over the phone and process them for execution.
- Accounts Receivable: Lead the follow-up process for outstanding payments and non-receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Reporting:



Prepare and share daily Excel status report payment collections and delivered bills tracking
- Logistics Coordination: Act as the liaison between the sales team and the godown staff to ensure accurate and timely order dispatches.
- Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or order processing (FMCG distribution experience is a strong plus).
- Technical Skills: * Proficiency in MS Excel (essential for daily reporting).
- Robust communication skills to handle phone-based order taking.

- Location: Candidates residing in Tirupur are preferred.
