Job Summary

We are hiring Apprentice Trainees in Spice Production department.

AVT McCormick Ingredients is offering learning opportunity for fresh +2, ITI, Diploma, and Degree holders to gain hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art manufacturing and export facility. Selected candidates will undergo a one-year apprenticeship program in a facility that adheres to international food safety and quality standards.

This program will help build a strong foundation for a successful career in the Food Processing Industry. Apprentices will participate in hands-on training aligned with international food safety and quality standards.

Training & Certifications





Candidates who demonstrate solid learning aptitude and maintain consistent attendance during the first six months will receive additional training with certifications in Safety, Fire-fighting, First Aid, Teamwork, Communication.

Note: Only candidates willing to work in shift-based operations are eligible to attend the interview.
