Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales / Business Development skilled to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of a reputed HR services firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales funnel through lead generation activities including:
- Social media outreach
- Cold calling
- Email campaigns
- Internet research
- Identify and connect with decision-makers (MDs, CXOs, HR Heads, Recruitment Heads)
across industries.
- Introduce TalentAheads services and schedule business meetings with senior leaders.
- Handle incoming client queries and maintain strong relationships.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs and decision-making processes.
- Conduct market research and generate business intelligence.
- Assist in creating and updating company presentations.
- Collaborate closely with senior business leaders for strategic initiatives.
- Maintain and update the lead generation database regularly.
