Job Summary
Primary/sole designer for the CPaaS platform - full end-to-end UX ownership with high autonomy
Responsibilities
- Simplify complex communications workflows (IVR, SMS, WhatsApp/RCS, chatbots, API consoles) into intuitive interfaces
- Strong Developer Experience (DX) focus - designing for a technical, developer-first user base
- Own the design system and information architecture as living standards, not one-off deliverables
- CPaaS / telecom / messaging / communications-API domain experience (solid plus)
- Technical literacy - front-end constraints and API integrations
- AI literacy - using AI tools for rapid prototyping and productivity
- Advanced Figma with design-token-driven handoff
