Responsibilities

- Take accountability and manage city-level operations - partner operations, vendor operations, 1P Catalog Logistics, Ads marketing campaigns.
- Works with 1P retail partners to ensure customer orders are attended to on-time, inventory details updated real time, provide all support (technical and operational) to ensure customer delight.
- Ensures the partner is meeting the performance/expectations.
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Works with the Vendors to ensure best quality, TAT adherence
- Interact closely within all sections of the company to figure out the improvement areas and execute seamlessly across geographies.
- Interact with City teams to understand key challenges and opportunities, create an action plan to address them.

Qualifications

- You can drive high-performance customer-focused culture: Being obsessed by metrics and diving deep to find root causes quickly, to drive improvements. Lead KPIs related to speed, reliability, customer experience, cost as per business alignment.
- Prior experience of managing business operations at scale




- Strong adherence to set goals to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Be structured and agile: development and implementation of SOPs with a customer-first approach. Build a culture of continuous improvement through lean practice
- You can lead innovations with speed to continuously improve efficiency.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
