Job Summary
The Associate Agency Development Manager is responsible for supporting the growth and productivity of the agency channel by recruiting, developing, and managing agency partners. The role focuses on driving sales performance, strengthening relationships with agents, and contributing to business growth through effective channel development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new agency partners to expand the agency network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to enhance engagement and productivity.
- Drive sales through the agency channel and contribute to the achievement of assigned business targets.
- Support agency partners in generating quality business through regular coaching, guidance, and field support.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation Mandatory
Minimum 6 months of field sales experience required
Robust communication & interpersonal skills
Good local market network
Own vehicle is mandatory
Locations Available: Mysore ,Cochin , Alappuzha, Trivendrum, Mangalore, Mangalore, Belgaum, Pathanamthitta, Udupi
