Job Summary

We are seeking a Consultant Mobile Developer with deep expertise in building enterprise-scale Android applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience across multiple mobile programming languages, modern UI design, cloud-native development, and enterprise-grade security. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of robust, scalable, and secure mobile solutions, integrating with IoT and medical devices, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive product excellence.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade Android applications with high performance, reliability, and security.
- Architect modular, maintainable codebases using industry-standard patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture, Repository, DI).
- Design intuitive, accessible, and consistent UI/UX following Material Design guidelines and design systems.
- Implement and optimize session management, caching strategies, and effective memory utilization on-device and in the cloud.
- Integrate mobile apps with IoT and medical devices via Bluetooth (BLE) and Wi-Fi, ensuring secure pairing, data transfer, and compliance.
- Develop and maintain secure data flows, offline-first capabilities, and resilient synchronization with cloud services and APIs.
- Own deployment strategies (staged rollouts, feature flags, remote config, A/B testing)



and app distribution via Google Play and enterprise channels (MDM/EMM).
- Ensure cloud-native integration (e.g., REST/GraphQL APIs, Pub/Sub, event streams) with robust observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
- Champion enterprise security best practices (encryption, key management, secure storage, certificate pinning, secure BLE/Wi-Fi, OAuth2/OpenID Connect).
- Drive performance tuning (startup time, rendering, battery, network efficiency) and memory profiling (LeakCanary/Android Studio Profiler).
- Establish and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines, code quality gates, and testing strategies (unit, integration, UI/E2E).
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Security, and Cloud teams; mentor engineers; conduct code reviews; set technical standards.
- Author and maintain technical documentation, SDKs, and reusable components.
- Communicate complex technical topics clearly to stakeholders; lead technical discussions and decision-making.
