Job Title: Product Operations

HCA India Grade / Level: Consultant

Job Purpose

Consultant - Product Operations will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in product support and operations, and a proven track record of managing teams in a rapid-paced environment. This role requires expertise in Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, and product support.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Product Operations Management

- Lead the Product Operations team.
- Oversee implementation and maintenance of Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
- Develop strategies to improve product support and operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless product delivery.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics.
- Manage and prioritize product support issues.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge bases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis.
- Monitor team progress, track KPIs, and meet organizational targets.
- Set goals for resources, encourage innovation, automation, and best practices.
- Strategic planning and operational governance




- Infrastructure and tooling strategy in collaboration with cloud engineering (GCP)

Team Leadership and Collaboration

- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, software engineers, and cloud engineers.
- Assign incidents to appropriate team members and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams.
- Stakeholder engagement across product, engineering, clinical, and data teams.

Standards and Compliance

- Establish and enforce architecture standards and security measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, Compliance and healthcare standards (HIPAA, HITRUST, ISAM, ARB, AIA).

Job Specifications

Qualification

- B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related fields
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, GCP are a plus.

Years of Experience

- 10+ years in healthcare operations or product support.
- 4+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams or healthcare product owner.
- Strong understanding of GCP/cloud
