Job Summary

The Manager, Data Analytics Reporting (.NET) is responsible for leading enterprise analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and .NET-based analytics application development. The role provides technical and people leadership for delivering scalable reporting solutions, cloud-native analytics applications, and actionable insights that enable data-driven decision making while ensuring data quality, governance, and operational excellence.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Define and execute enterprise analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead development of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
- Establish data governance, data quality, and reporting standards.
- Lead end-to-end analytics delivery including requirements, modeling, dashboard development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop enterprise KPIs and operational metrics.
- Drive predictive analytics, forecasting, AI, and self-service analytics adoption.




- Lead Data Analysts, BI Developers, Data Scientists, Reporting Analysts, and Analytics Engineers.
- Automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate analytics platforms and emerging technologies.
- Lead the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise analytics applications built using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.

Job Specifications

Qualification

B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related fields

Years of Experience

- 10-15 years overall
- 7+ years in Data Analytics/BI/Reporting
- 5+ years leading Analytics or BI teams
- Healthcare experience preferred
