- Evaluate contractor performance and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

- Graduation or Post-Graduation in Any Field
- Additional certification in labour law or industrial relations is preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience in labour management, workforce operations, or industrial relations.
- Experience managing large labour forces across multiple locations.
