About the Software
Our proprietary e-Governance Civil Engineering Software is developed specifically for Government Engineering Departments to digitize the complete project lifecycle, including:
Preparation of Estimates eMB (Electronic Measurement Book) eBilling
Work Progress Monitoring
Technical Approvals
Project Documentation
Digital Workflow Management
The selected candidate will receive hands-on exposure and technical experience on live Government projects while supporting engineers using the software.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to Government Engineers (PWD & other departments) using the eEstimate, eMB and eBilling software.
Assist users in preparing estimates, entering measurements, generating bills, and completing workflow processes.
Conduct online support sessions through AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
Provide onsite desk-to-desk support and user training whenever required.
Resolve software-related issues including login problems, data entry errors,
workflow issues and report generation.
Coordinate with the development team for bug reporting, issue escalation and feature enhancements.
Maintain support tickets, issue logs and daily activity reports.
Prepare and update Excel-based MIS reports.
Guide users on software functionality, best practices and process compliance.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining high service standards.
